Steaks..best cut and best way to cook them? Need all the help I can get.?

I prefer beef tenderloin and Rib-eyes. Use your favorite marinade before cooking. Cook it on your George Foreman to desired temperature (use a meat thermometer). Use a marinade before cooking.
