What is a thought made of and how does a thought about one thing differ from a thought about another thing?Psy?

simple ,we are not our thoughts,an untrained mind is all over the place like a candle in a strong wind,leaping here and there with all manner of rubbish popping up in our minds.a trained mind learns how to let go of nonsense and only focus on truth.thoughts are a product of an untrained busy mind,always looking for something to occupy it,grasping and attaching to anything to latch on to.through meditation the mind is pacified and stilled and more able to focus and let go of junk in the mind:)think of a body craving junk food or alcohol,well the mind craves stimulus and to be used, but we fill it with junk.sit down,breathe,let go,just watch the thoughts as they arise,and then let them go,like waves on the shore.youre mind should be much quieter after, try it!
