MEN, Am I being too "touchy", or is my husbands sex drive just low?

I'm 21(5'2" 115lbs), he's 23 and very sexy himself. Newlyweds (January 28 2011) and have been together nearly 3 years. I have a 3 yr old daughter from a previous relationship. My husband rarely wants to be intimate... Blames it on our daughter always being around, and when shes not, says he's too tired. We've always had AMAZING sex, its just not nearly as often as my libido needs lol(generally 3/month). I asked if he would have his testosterone levels checked, and he refused and locked himself in our bedroom. This is the only thing we've ever had any fights about and idk what to do. I've even tried leaving him alone for a month, and he never initiated sex. This cannot be normal. I need some advice from men...
