Ways to lower a womans sex drive/ libido?

My husband and i currently fight about 1 thing and only that... He feels i'm too touchy, and sex is very rare (once a week). I'm currently on the birth control loestrin 24fe and Atarax 50mg for anxiety. We're newlyweds, and i have a 3 yr old from a previous relationship. I'm 21, and he's 23... Is there anything that can help us? Please! Ps, i've tried vibrators and toys but their just not the same... I miss the inyeraction with my husband.
