Green Screen HeLp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I don't know anything about one! I want one that they use on weather shows or like on ICarly. Something I can put up and make it look as if I was in a differ setting. Please include what objects I will need and the Camera or what I have to do. Also how much? What are good places to get the materials???!!
