Is my husband lying about wanting children?

We are newlyweds. We are happy for the most part except this one issue: My husband says he wants children but gets uncomfortable when I talk about it. He refuses to discuss baby names and says he won't talk about babies or baby names until I am actually pregnant. I fear that he THINKS he wants children but isn't being honest with himself or with me. He isn't interested in talking about babies or baby names with me :( What should I do?
