How did your second pregnancy differ from your first?

My husband and I are starting to try for our second child. I was just wondering how other mom's pregnancies differed from one another. With my first, it was pretty easy going. I was moody but I chalk most of that up to stress since I was finishing my degree and working. This time I am just a stay at home mom with a toddler. Is it easier or harder to handle being pregnant with another child to think about?
