Am I Overweight ? Pleasee comment.?

its not about how much you way its about what percentage of your body is fat, if this is low then you are healthy. i suggest you go on a low carb diet (carbs being pasta , rice , potato's etc and the obvious one being sugar as sugar is extremely high in carbs so no sweets etc. and replace this will high protein such as meats which are low i fat, fish etc and do regual cardio
