I was given a speeding ticket with a range of 85-90 as my speed, will they be like to round up or down?

my courtdate is tommorow and i was in a 65 mph zone, the officer used his speedometer to measure my speed and ive heard this can be inaccurate. those 5 mph will make the difference in whether or not i lose my liscense. anyone with experience or knowledge with this please help.
