Babysitting job worth it?

Nanny job. 8.50/hour. Mon-friday. But I usually work 3 days a week. 10 hours each time I work. I clean the house weekly, do daily chores, feed the kids, help them with homework, pick them up from school, drop them off at their grandmas then i'm off at 3pm and free on weekends. It is worth the money? I made almost $500 my first week, but now it's around 230-300 a week. I get paid weekly. I know the family very well, the parents both work full time. I don't want to leave them. I somewhat enjoy the job, just sometimes lack patience with the kids. Although it's good practice for me since I am a newlywed. Advice?
