Wife wants space?deployed soldier?

I am currently a newlywed and overseas in iraq for a 2nd deployment. my wife and i started off the deployment pretty good until recently when she opened up to me about how she had an affair. i forgave her for it. the past couple of weeks we have been arguing abit back and forth and she pointed out that i needed to work on some things of me and told me that she needed time to herself. she said that i need to work on my over analyzing, my trust, confidence, and i needed to stop worrying about what other people say to me as well as seeking approval. right now i am trying to work on it but it's getting hard abit on me if i dont have my wife's support and stuff. is space going to be good for us?
