Should i say yes or should i say no?

Okay, my husband and I just got married 2 months ago but have beeb together for almost 4 years. We are seperated right now until I finish school due to his active duty in thw military (NAVY ). We have not had the opportunity to live alone but will in less than 3 weeks. We already have an apartment. We are in two different states but only 300 miles away so we see each other about every other weekend if he doesn't have duty. So, he was telling me about how money is going to be tight when I get there. And said something to me about a roommate in our 2nd bedroom, a guy from his ship. He says he is really a nice guy and is married and has some money issues also, but his wife is away at school and won't be coming. So, it will just be me, my husband, and his friend. He will be paying half of everything. I told my husband okay, because I have a softspot for people in need. But I also told him I'm on the fence but don't know which way to fall because we have never had that alone time because of the distance, so being alone with him doing the things newlyweds should do is quite challenging.
